2005 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair

Ontario's Grain and Oilseed groups took the Farmers Feed Cities campaign to the 2005 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Farmers Feed Cities, an initiative of Ontario agriculture's unified voice, is an agriculture awareness campaign driven by the need to achieve fair and equitable standard of living for all Ontario farmers.

There was a tremendous showing of support at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair with thousands more postcards signed by rural and urban citizens from all over Ontario. The message on the postcard is "Please increase support to Ontario Agriculture and the Rural Economy. I encourage the Premier to support The Risk Management Program (RMP) for Ontario's farmers."
