Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m.
The morning program will be followed by an afternoon business meeting. Members are encouraged to attend. The business meeting will feature new resolutions and consideration of our budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1st, 2002.

County organizations and individual members are encouraged to submit resolutions to be considered at the semi-annual meeting. All such resolutions should be submitted to the Guelph office prior to September 3rd. Resolutions can be presented at the meeting if 100 copies are available for distribution at the beginning of the meeting.

A $12.00 luncheon ticket can be purchased in the morning registration period. Attendance at the morning and afternoon meeting is free of charge. This will be a one-day meeting; however, if you have a long distance to drive, the Four Points Sheraton Hotel has rooms available. Please make your own reservations directly by telephoning the hotel (519-681-0600) and requesting a room reservation for the OCPA Semi-Annual Meeting.

If you plan to attend, please notify our Guelph office (519-837-1660), so that we can plan the number of meals. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that a lunch will be available for you. We look forward to seeing you in September.
