County organizations and individual members are encouraged to submit resolutions to be considered at the Semi-Annual Meeting.   All such resolutions should be submitted to the Guelph office prior to August 28th.   Resolutions can be presented at the meeting, if 100 copies are available for distribution at the beginning of the meeting.

A $12.00 luncheon ticket can be purchased in the morning registration period.  Attendance at the morning and afternoon meetings is free of charge.  The meeting will be one day; however, if you have a long distance to travel, the Quality Inn has rooms available.  Please make your own reservations directly by telephoning (519) 537-5586 and requesting a room reservation for the OCPA Semi-Annual Meeting.  If you plan to attend, please notify the OCPA office in Guelph at (519) 837-1660 so that we can plan the number of meals, otherwise we cannot guarantee that a lunch will be available for you.
